Written by Surge Homes | Dec 31, 2015 4:00:00 PM

Hi there,

2015 has been amazing for Surge Homes thanks to you! In the week before Christmas, which is normally the slowest time of the year for real estate sales, we sold seven VIP Certificates to future homeowners who will obtain priority of purchase before the launch to the general public. January 2016 will be the last month to purchase VIP Certificates for Upper Richton, Parc at Midtown, and Museum Blvd.

High demand for our communities is great news--but the biggest news of the month is the announcement of the Surge Homes Quality Assurance Program, which provides our home buyers with a 10-year warranty backed by an insurance company.  Read on for more information.

All of us at Surge Homes wish you the best for 2016!
