As January draws to a close, Surge Homes is actively preparing to launch the VIP Sales of three of our properties in Houston’s Inner Loop for which site development is underway. We are thrilled to tell you that we reached the 100 VIP Certificates sold mark – 17 of which were acquired in the last month! Prior to sales opening to the general public and listing on HAR.com, VIP Certificate holders will have the opportunity to select their homes at an advantageous price. There is still a bit of time to become a VIP Certificate holder for Museum BLVD, Upper Richton and Parc at Midtown.
