If you are not yet a VIP Certificate holder and are interested in these developments, or one of our 6 other communities that will follow, we invite you to book your appointment as soon as possible. VIPs will have the first pick of the best homes prior to the launch to the general public and have access to discounted pricing. HOUSTON – Surge Homes, an innovative real estate developer and builder, announced that it has hired Alain Johnson as Director of Multifamily Construction. In this role, Mr. Johnson will oversee construction for Surge Homes’ new condominium developments.
