All of us at Surge Homes are pleased to present our monthly activity summary. During September, we continued the site development work for our first three communities. As for the progress on our six other communities, we successfully introduced new floor plans and home designs based on our future buyers’ input—and they were very well received. The new plans include beautiful townhomes in the Heights and Spring Branch starting in the $250s—price points that surprised many people.
The month of October will be really special as we will be celebrating the introduction of brand new interior finishes during an event not to be missed. We are also thrilled to announce that we will be featured in the October issue of Metropolitan Builder magazine.
