February was an exciting month for Surge Homes. We launched an unprecedented collection of 70 kitchen and bath interior design packages containing flooring, cabinetry, countertops, backsplashes and wall tiles. All Surge Homes owners will be able to choose from this luxurious collection of European finishes, which was created through a vast consultation with our future home buyers.

Upper Richton

We launched home sales to our Upper Richton VIPs and, in one week only, sold 40% of residences. The general public opening and listing on HAR.com launches Wednesday, March2! The private streets are complete, paving the way – literally – for vertical construction to begin.

Parc at Midtown

Home sales for Parc at Midtown VIPs begin this week and will last 10 days. With dozens of VIP appointments set already, we expect great success – just like Upper Richton. The official launch for the general public and HAR.com will take place Monday, March 14 and, later this month, an onsite sales office will welcome visitors.
