HOUSTON – March 1, 2016 – Surge Homes launches home sales exclusively to its VIP Certificate holders for Parc at Midtown beginning Tuesday, March 1. VIP Certificate holders will choose their favorite home type and floor plan before residences become available for public sale March 14 on HAR.com.
Located at 2401 Crawford St., Parc at Midtown, a $22 million, 80-home development, is the only new community in Houston’s most desirable neighborhood with prices ranging from the $140s to the $400s. In addition to its unique price points, the development features many innovations that are new to Houston’s Inner Loop real estate market. In October 2014, Surge Homes introduced the first compact condominium designs.
