Houston-based Surge Homes announced its latest condominium project late last week.

The Isabella at Midtown will be at 4001 Main St., at the intersection with Isabella Street in Midtown. The $42 million midrise project will offer 208 units with prices ranging from the $150,000s to the $600,000s.

Community amenities include an interior courtyard with a pool, a fitness center and an owners’ lounge with a kitchen and a big-screen TV. Additionally, the MetroRail’s red line passes in front of the building along Main Street, and the Ensemble/HCC stations are around four blocks away. The new Midtown Arts and Theater Center Houston — or MATCH — is another block past the light rail stations.

The Isabella is Surge’s third such condo project and fourth inner-Loop community. The company has sold 97 percent of its Parc at Midtown condos, according to a Jan. 26 press release, and began presales of its Museum Blvd condos last fall. The other project, Upper Richton, is a gated community of 13 townhomes and single-family homes at 2307 Richton St.

Surge launched its first three communities in 2015 using crowdsourcing. The company plans to build 10 residential projects across Houston in the coming years.
