Surge Homes in Houston has unveiled its latest buyer inducement: Luxury loos, or perhaps super salles de bains. It is showing six never-before-seen renderings from its collection of European-designed, luxury bathroom packages for its Upper Richton and Parc at Midtown communities. Through an exclusive agreement with Tendances Concept, a French-Canadian-based kitchen and bath cabinet manufacturer that imports the cabinetry from Europe, Surge Homes is able to offer its homeowners these designs exclusively in the area.
