Houston Business Journal staffer Paul Takahashi reports that Surge, a new Houston developer, is launching several residential projects that will feature some of the most unique floor plans in town.
A $219,000 "sky townhome" that fits two bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms into 930 square feet. Large windows at both ends of the building allow for natural light inside some of the least expensive new townhomes in Midtown, according to Surge Homes. Read more.
