UPDATES
Surge Homes Launches Second Midtown Development
Following our record-breaking success with Parc at Midtown sales in 2016, we launch our fourth Inner Loop development with The Isabella at Midtown, another affordable condominium development in Houston’s bustling Midtown neighborhood. This 165-condo, mid-rise development offers lofts, one- to three-bedroom condos and penthouses with up to three bathrooms with prices ranging from the $150s to the $600s. Real Estate Report
The Houston Association of Realtors recently released its 2016 Houston housing market report, which shows the record-breaking year the city experienced.
At the recent annual forecasting luncheon of the Greater Houston Builder’s Association, leaders at Meyers Research LLC offered insight and projections for home sales in 2017.

Construction Matters
Progress abounds at both our Upper Richton and Parc at Midtown developments.
We are beginning to paint interiors and exteriors of the first six homes at Upper Richton, which are in the mechanical trim stage that includes countertops, tile, plumbing, HVAC and electrical trims. Additionally, the next three homes are in the drywall stage and we will begin stucco and trim this month.
Parc at Midtown townhomes are entering the drywall and stucco phase, while the Hadley Building is beginning the mechanical rough stage. The McGowen Building will begin framing soon.
