Vertical is a Beautiful Thing
Earlier this month, we announced framing of the first home at Upper Richton was underway. As June comes to a close, all framing is nearly complete. Over the next few weeks, we will begin mechanical rough-ins, and the installation of windows, as well as exterior sheathing and doors.
The Parc at Midtown site is being prepped for paving, and construction of three buildings will begin soon. You also will find a sales trailer on-site by the end of July.
New Homeowners Select Interior Finishes
You probably notice that we periodically release new renderings illustrating the numerous kitchen and bathroom interiors that make up our overall collection of 70 professionally coordinated design packages. Each and every one of our new homeowners has the opportunity to choose finishings – which include flooring, countertops, tiles and backsplashes – to suit their individual style preferences. Thus far, our Upper Richton homeowners have been contacted to make their selections and within the next two weeks we will have reached out to our Parc at Midtown homeowners, as well.
