PRESS RELEASE

HOUSTON – April 29, 2016 – Surge Homes real estate sales top $9.5 million over the last 60 days. The first two of its nine communities, Upper Richton and Parc at Midtown, are under construction and the first home buyers are slated to move in later this year.

Parc at Midtown experienced sales of 30 percent of its inventory during this 60-day time period. Located at 2401 Crawford St, this $22 million, 80-home development offers condominiums, penthouses, one-of-a-kind Sky Townhomes™ and townhomes. With affordable price points ranging from $154,760 to $430,260, potential homeowners have a unique opportunity to own a brand new home in Houston’s trendy Midtown neighborhood.

A gated community with an exclusive park for residents and their guests, Parc at Midtown has designated pet areas, security cameras and private parking. European-inspired floor plans that maximize space are offered in all of its homes ranging from one-to three-bedroom condos; two-story, two-bedroom, Sky Townhomes™; two-story penthouses with three bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms and panoramic downtown views; and townhomes with three bedrooms and 3 ½ bathrooms that include private, fenced-in yards – with six overlooking the exclusive park. One of the two condo buildings has elevator access and all 58 condos feature windows on both the front and back exterior walls, ensuring abundant natural light.

“Our reach is broad,” said Ben Lemieux, co-owner of Surge Homes. “We build homes that appeal to everyone from first-time home buyers and move-up buyers to empty-nesters and all those in between.”

Upper Richton sold 55 percent of its inventory during this 60-day time period. Located on the southwest corner of Richton Street and Morningside Drive in the Upper Kirby District, it is an $8.2 million, 13-home community comprising nine single-family homes and four attached townhomes. These designer homes start at $609,000 with three bedrooms and 3 ½ bathrooms that range from 2,273 square feet to 2,352 square feet. This community allows homeowners to buy a new home in a prestigious area at a price more affordable than all other new residences in the neighborhood.

An exclusive, gated community, Upper Richton offers classic architecture, fenced-in yards and two-car garages. Other features include 54-inch kitchen cabinets, 11-foot ceilings throughout with tray ceilings in third floor bedrooms, custom moldings and stained interior doors.

“Our success is due to a high level of interest among home buyers and also the collaborations with the many brokerages and agencies that make up the Houston real estate community,” said Louis Conrad, co-owner of Surge Homes. “They have been very welcoming and understand how our innovative and unique brand of homes will benefit their clients.”

Each new Surge Homes residence features luxury interiors with an impressive choice of 70 professionally coordinated design packages for kitchens and bathrooms that comprise flooring, exclusive European cabinetry, countertops, backsplashes and wall tiles. Every home includes all appliances with washer and dryer connections. Surge Homes also provides new homeowners with a Quality Assurance Program including a 10-year transferable Home Buyers Warranty and a Master Insurance Program for the duration of the 10-year warranty.
