HOUSTON – November 30, 2015 – Surge Homes, an innovative real estate developer and builder, announced that the brand Surge Homes®, as well as the company’s slogan, Where Quality Meets Design®, both received a federal trademark certificate. This means that they both went through the process of the United States Patent Office and are now reserved for exclusive usage in the USA.

“We are very proud of our brand and we wanted to give it the protection it deserves. Surge is a play on words in memory of my father, Serge, a real estate entrepreneur who began buying properties in Houston in 1989 and laid the foundation for Louis and me to thrive in this city,” says Ben Lemieux.

“Where Quality Meets Design is not just a slogan; we think about this philosophy every day and implement it in everything we do in-house, and in conjunction with our suppliers,” adds Louis Conrad.

Surge Homes is developing new condominiums, as well as new single-family homes and new townhomes on nine sites throughout Houston’s Inner Loop, including the Museum District and Midtown. The new homes range from $150,000 to $1.5 million.
