When it comes to interior design, Surge Homes^® is one step ahead with its European-designed products offered to Houstonians at affordable prices.  However, the interior designs that have come to represent the aesthetics and quality of Surge Homes were not created overnight.

Surge Homes Setting the Stage in Interior Design

It all started in September 2014, when nearly 3,500 people who visited Surge Homes online, at events or at the Discovery Center, were shown photos of various interior designs, ranging from the most traditional to the most modern. They were invited to rate their preferences, and the feedback was then shared with our cabinet suppliers in Canada and Europe in order to provide another round of samples that would meet Houstonians’ preferences. Then, in 2015, Surge Homes’ prospective home buyers met to view the latest samples, which were brought from Italy and Germany, and the reaction was really good. Surge Homes VIPs and guests were asked to rate their preference for the cabinets, as well as various designs for backsplashes, ceramic tile, wood floors, countertops, and faucets. The selections were then curated to create interior packages that would reflect various finishes offered at Surge Homes. All of the selections were reviewed by local professional interior designers who know the clientele well.

These days, the interior design team in Canada and Houston are taking a cue from the latest interior design trends in Europe to prepare these packages based on the preferences of Surge Homes future homeowners. Below are a few images that provide inspiration to our team of designers.
