'Revealing Isabella' Engages VIPs, New Homebuyers

HOUSTON — (July 17, 2017) — Surge Homes® hosted VIPs and potential homebuyers at ‘Revealing Isabella’ on July 12 from 4 to 9 p.m. at its Design Gallery to showcase the newest exterior and amenity renderings of The Isabella at Midtown. These new elements were introduced following the interactive design process involving input from future homeowners.
The event was well attended, with nearly 150 prospective buyers on hand to check out design packages, visit with representatives to see new renderings and floor plans, and marvel at the expansive panoramic photos showing views from The Isabella’s top floors – skylines of either downtown or the Galleria area.
The largest of the Surge Homes developments to date, The Isabella at Midtown features a host of amenities for its residents including a 5,500 square-foot central courtyard complete with outdoor terrace, pool and hot tub, BBQ grills, and gas fireplace.
