Surge Homes Real Estate Sales Surpass $12.3 million in 90 Days

Construction Progresses on Two Inner Loop Communities

HOUSTON – (June 13, 2016) – Surge Homes real estate sales exceeded $12.3 million over the last 90 days. The first two of its nine communities, Upper Richton and Parc at Midtown, are under construction and the first home buyers are slated to move in later this year.

Fifty-five percent of Upper Richton’s inventory sold during the 90-day time period ending in May. Located on the southwest corner of Richton Street and Morningside Drive in the Upper Kirby District, it is an $8.2 million, 13-home community comprising nine single-family homes and four attached townhomes.
